To a traveler

With all the chaos and confusions in the world, it's wise to look at the bright side of things to balance the scale as you go forward and continue trekking on your life's journey. In every aspect by which to involve the active force of nature, balance is as important as survival as change is to growth. Some things you can't change but you can change the way you look at them.

You can always try to put the best in everything you do but in everything you do should be for God's glory. You must, therefore, love unconditionally and without expectation. Teach your children about life's good lessons but see to it that you make the bad ones serving as the strong stimulus for them to take for the right path. Goodness is the only investment that never fails.

Pray always--more things are wrought by prayers than this world dreams of. Greet each day with cheers whatever situations you may be into. You can be joyful even when you're not happy and you can never be happier than being where God wants you to be, no matter where it is.

Respect the elderlies as you would surely one day becomes like them. While a vegetarian diet is ideal, eating meat at your doctor's advice is one way to getting complete proteins needed to repair the broken tissues of your body. Your teeth are designed to allow both the meat and vegetables as foods. Drink plenty of water--it is the elixir of life.

Take time to pause and be silent for a while or be one with Nature--it is one way to gain back the inner strength and vigor that may have been lost and wasted from mindless and debilitating routines. Spend some time watching the stars at night--they have long been serving as guides to travelers who have been lost allowing them to reach their destination and they will guide you just as well in a different level. Be hopeful, you are a child of the universe and you have the right to be here to do what you are capable of doing to make this world a much better place in which to live.

Make as many friends as you can but save the true ones for they will be your assets. Be thankful to God for everything; praise those who will guide and helps make things easy for you and ignore those who cannot see any good about you and turns you down. Reach out and be an inspiration to others for in so doing will also bring inspirations back to you.
